CARNIVAL!
We are welcoming Crescent City Amusements to the Mahnomen County Fair in 2026! Please give them a warm welcome and keep in mind the following safety rules:
-Keep hands, arms and legs inside the ride at all times.
-Stay in the ride until it comes to a complete stop.
-Use safety equipment such as a seat belt, shoulder harness, or lap bar when provided.
-Read posted rules including age, height and weight restrictions.
-Follow the instructions of the ride operator at all times.
-Have fun!
Times
Wednesday July 1st: 5pm-10pm
Thursday July 2nd: 5pm-10pm
Friday July 3rd: Noon-10pm
Saturday July 4th: Noon-10pm
Carnival Wristbands can be purchased in advance (at a discount) on our website, or in person at the fair. Individual ride tickets will only be available at the fair.​
Pricing:
$25 in advance (plus $1.50 processing fee)
OR
$30 on site
Wristbands are good for any one of six sessions listed:
Wednesday: 5pm-10pm
Thursday: 5pm-10pm
Friday: 12pm-5pm
OR 5pm-10pm
Saturday: 12pm-5pm
OR 5pm-10pm

Individual tickets sold onsite will be $1/ticket. Each ride takes 4-9 tickets.

Redeeming advanced purchase wristband
-Bring your email confirmation to an onsite carnival ticket booth to redeem for wristband during the session you plan to use it at.

***Onsite wristband sales will end one hour before session ends.
*** Wristband is void if broken, removed, or tampered with.
***Wristband good for ONE person only.
***No rain-checks or refunds.

Mahnomen County Agricultural Society and operators reserve the right to prohibit participation for UNRULY OR DISRESPECTFUL BEHAVIOR.

Parking
Free parking is available on the fair grounds on a first come first served basis, on the east side of the grounds. Street parking is limited, additional parking along city streets is encouraged. Handicap parking will be available on the south side of the 4H and Open Class buildings. Availability will change with weather conditions.
